Website Design

Everyone wants, needs, has, is getting a website these days which is great because it keeps us in business but before you employ us to design one for you we want to know why you want, need, and are getting one? Website's come in all shapes, sizes, colours and costs. You can spend as little as £150 and as much as £150,000 (Click here for pricing info). Unfortunately we don't get too many of the latter. Anyway the process for getting your website designed and online is like this:

• Compose a brief for us. This should include; why you want a website, what you want to achieve with your site, who the site is aimed at, what type of design you want (tell us what website's you like, competitors website's), do you need us to create a company identity or do you have logo's and other marketing material that we need to identify with? How much and what content do you want to include in the site. The more information you give us the better, but don't worry if you get stuck for ideas, that is where we come in.

  Once you have chosen Geek Computer Solutions as the company to design your site we will get together for a brain-storming session. This normally lasts between 1 and 2 hours give or take. We will also require a deposit at this point of £150 (subtracted from the total cost).
  Following the brain-storming session we will then put together a site plan and proposal. If you are happy with this we will then take a 25% deposit from you and begin work on several template designs.

  Once you have approved the design of the site we shall then populate the site with the required content. Once this is done we will ask you test the site, checking the functionality, content and usability of the site.

  Now that you are happy with site we are ready to publish the site. Once full payment is received the site will be published and registered with the appropriate search engines and internet directories.
